Quarterly Roundtable: Prefiling & Launch‑Readiness (Hybrid):
Lawmakers may pre‑file bills beginning the first Monday in December (which falls on December 7, 2026). Meeting that first week lets us review early filings in real time, make final testimony/hearing assignments, and solidify our January 2026 launch plan. We will also walk through the Legislature’s Committee Sign‑In (CSI) process—reminders include that oral‑testimony sign‑ups close one hour before a hearing begins and written testimony is accepted up to 24 hours after the hearing start time—so participants are ready for the first hearings of the new year.
