Educators |
Determining strategies and best practices that create and sustain effective learning environments for Black students. This includes supporting Black educators to thrive in their work and remain long-term in the profession and where all teachers develop pedagogy and skill to effectively teach Black and all students in their classrooms and buildings. |
Policy Makers |
Supporting Black school board members, college and university trustees, and members of state-level boards and commissions to develop and pass policies that provide Black students with a rigorous high school diploma and well prepare them for their post secondary education and career path. |
Parents and Families |
Improving outcomes for Black students through highly effective advocacy by parents and families. Provide training and networking that amplify parent voice at the local and state level on the education requirements for their students.

Faith-Based Organizations |
Engaging faith-based organizations to galvanize their communities to create systemic change in our education system. Establish a network and best practices for disseminating information to mobilizing faith-based communities on behalf of Black students.

Student Leadership Development |
Empowering students to speak truth to power by communicating to education policy-makers, administrators, teachers and support staff their educational needs and demands.
